Submersible sand pump

Everflowing submersible sand pumps are designed to operate underwater and are commonly used in mining,dredging and desilting operations. These pumps are typically more efficient than ship or land sand pumps.

Electric submersible sand pump is driven by electric power or gennerator.

Triple protection,electric motor is safer, there is an induction probe in the motor, and after being equipped with a control cabinet, it can realize: motor room immersion, oil room immersion, motor overheating protection, reducing failure rate and ensuring service life

Hydraulic submersible sand pump is driven by excavator or extral hyaulic power pack and capable of handling heavy loads and high flow rates.

The suction port of the pump is equipped with a sand filter to prevent too large particles from entering the pump, reducing the risk of clogs and damage to the pump.

The bottom of  the submersibl sand pump has own stirring impeller, which can stir up the sediment,making it easier to pump out.

Side cutters are optional to increase for  soid concentration.

The detailed structural features of the electric excavator sand pump:
1. The whole machine is a submersible pump type, and the motor adopts the oil chamber sealing method. There are three sets of mechanical seals inside, which can effectively prevent high-pressure water and impurities from entering the inner cavity of the motor.
2. The whole machine is integrated equipment, and the bottom is equipped with a stirring impeller, which does not need to be equipped with other auxiliary devices, which saves labor, is convenient to use, and saves costs.
3. The flow-passing parts (impeller and stirring impeller, etc.) are made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy, which is resistant to abrasion and impact, and can pass through large solid particles.
4. The overall structure is compact. When working underwater, the stirring impeller is directly close to the deposition surface, and the concentration is controlled by the depth of the dive. Not limited by the suction range, the slag absorption rate is high, the dredging is cleaner, the power consumption is effectively reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
5. It is convenient to install auxiliary devices to solve engineering problems under special circumstances such as large specificity, high concentration or hardening of the medium.
