  1. The ground wire is connected to the wrong power supply. The cable of the submersible sand suction pump has four cores. If you do not pay attention when using it, it is easy to mistake the grounding wire as the power wire.
  2. The mechanical seal of the submersible sand pump is damaged and causes water leakage. It is necessary to check the insulation resistance of the submersible sand suction pump frequently during use. When the insulation resistance value is found to decrease, timely maintenance measures can be taken to effectively prevent the motor from burning out.
  3. The cable of the submersible sand suction pump is damaged, causing water to enter the motor room. Always check the insulation resistance of the sand pump.
  4. The impeller of the submersible sand pump is stuck. When the impeller is stuck and cannot rotate, the current will increase more than the rated value. After a long time, the stator winding of the submersible sand pump will burn out soon.
  5. The two ends of the stator winding touch the shell, and the winding breaks down to the ground.
  6. The submersible sand pump “starts” and “stops” too frequently.
  7. The dehydration operation time of the submersible sand pump is too long. The dehydration operation time of the submersible sand pump can only be about 1 minute. If the time is too long, the temperature will rise due to poor heat dissipation.
  8. Work without phase. When the phase is missing, the submersible sand pump is generally in the braking state, and the current is much larger than the rated value. At this time, the temperature of the winding of the submersible sand pump rises. After a long time, the stator winding will be burned out.
